Layne Merritt

Layne Merritt serves as the Area Manager at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. since March 2010, overseeing a range of projects in solid waste, site design, water, wastewater, irrigation, and street improvements, with involvement throughout the project's lifecycle from planning to project closeout and ongoing support. Prior to J-U-B ENGINEERS, Layne held Project Manager positions at Century West Engineering Corporation from July 1999 to March 2010, and at Sunrise Engineering, Inc. from January 1991 to 1999. Layne earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, completing studies from 1983 to 1991.
