Manuel Rios

Manuel Rios is a skilled graphic designer with extensive experience in multimedia graphics and design across various organizations. Since August 2017, Manuel has been contributing to JAB Innovative Solutions, LLC, focusing on creating infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite. Previously, Manuel worked at the U.S. Department of State from March 2020 to March 2024 and managed a team as Store Manager and Marketing Director at Puff Dragon, where responsibilities included creating multimedia content for social media. Earlier experience includes roles as a Spanish Translator and Publication Specialist for the USA Department of State (ABBTECH), and Art Manager for Raytheon/Houston Associates, Inc., where insights were delivered to high-level officials. Educational qualifications include a degree in Communications and Graphics Art from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and culinary training as a chocolatier.
