Vahideh Khalilolahi

Vahideh Khalilolahi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vahideh started their career in 2012 at Sepanta, where they worked as a Callcenter Training Manager for six years. In 2019, they joined Telecommunication Company of Iran - TCI as a Call Center Quality Assurance Manager until 2021. At Divar, they held two roles, first as a Contact Center Training Manager from 2021 to 2022, and later as an Operational Excellence Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Jabama.com as the VP of Customer Experience since 2023.

Vahideh Khalilolahi holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Science & Arts University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Azad University (IAU) from 2006 to 2010. Vahideh also has additional certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco, MTCNA from MikroTik, and Pedagogy from Iran Technical & Vocational Training Organization.
