Lauren Pihl Caldwell

Lauren Pihl Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and human resources. Currently serving as a Director at Jabian Consulting since July 2023, Lauren has previously held significant roles at Accenture, including HR Business Partner for Global Sustainability and multiple managerial positions within Capital Markets from October 2011 to July 2023. Additional experience includes a Senior Advisory Consultant role at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, as well as various internships with notable companies such as Boeing, Unilever, and Cigna. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University and is pursuing further education at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
