Pethias Banda

Pethias Banda has worked in a variety of roles in the medical and customer service industries. In 2021, they began working as a Clinical Medicine and Clinical Officer General at Lochi Medical Clinic. In 2022, they joined JABU (YC S21) as a Customer Service Specialist and Customer Success Agent, where they are responsible for receiving daily calls from customers and assisting them with technical and service-related issues.

Pethias Banda holds a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and a Certificate in Art/Opportunistic Infection Management from the Lusaka Institute of Applied Sciences. Pethias also holds a Diploma in Clinical Medicine from the same institute.
