Alex Carey is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Head of Service Excellence at Jacada Travel since June 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Original Travel as Head of Sales and Service from November 2021 to May 2025, and as Director of UK Operations at Escapes from January 2021 to November 2021.
