Aigue-Marine de Jarnac has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and positions. Aigue-Marine started their career as a Sales Intern at Christian Dior Couture in 2000, followed by an Assistant Product Manager role at Parfums Givenchy in 2001. Aigue-Marine then worked as a Junior Auditor at Arthur Andersen in 2001 before joining Cartier as an intern for the launch of the French Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. In 2004, they joined Oliver Wyman (Mercer Management Consulting) as a Strategy Consultant.
In 2006, Aigue-Marine joined Hermès, where they held various roles over the years. Aigue-Marine started as a Project Manager in the Internal Consulting department, responsible for managing multiple projects assigned by senior management. Aigue-Marine then became the Operations Manager at Hermès George V store, overseeing store operations, inventory control management, and cash management. Aigue-Marine later became the Director of Operations at the Madison flagship store, where they managed the Operations team and ensured compliance with company policies and operational efficiency.
From 2016 to 2018, Aigue-Marine worked as a Customer Experience Project Manager in the Group Retail Division at Hermès International, focusing on improving the customer experience across retail operations.
Most recently, Aigue-Marine joined Jacadi as a Customer Experience Project Manager, where they played a key role in implementing customer experience projects. Aigue-Marine was then promoted to the role of Customer Experience Director and, subsequently, to Retail Area Manager & Customer Experience Director.
Aigue-Marine de Jarnac attended HEC Paris from 1999 to 2003 and Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1997 to 1999.
