Jalima Watts

Jalima Watts is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in store management and operations. Currently serving as Store Manager at Jacadi since December 2021, Jalima excels in customer service, employee supervision, inventory management, and sales optimization. Previous roles include Director of Operations at The Designers Group, wherein Jalima managed client relations and oversaw a team of designers. Additional experience includes leadership positions at MATT & NAT, Janie and Jack, and J.Crew, where Jalima demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, staff training, and enhancing customer experience. Jalima holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design and Marketing from the International Academy of Design and Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law from Florida State University.
