Alyse Martinelli

Alyse Martinelli has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Alyse started their career as a Senior Counsel at Ameritech in 1992 and later joined SBC Communications as a General Attorney in 2002. Alyse then moved to AT&T, where they held various leadership positions as an Associate General Counsel from 2007 to 2013. During their time at AT&T, they played a crucial role in managing HR policies, compliance, litigation, and employee engagement. Alyse also led corporate-wide initiatives and successfully closed high-level ethical violation investigations.

In 2013, Alyse joined Holcim as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they reported directly to the CEO and managed the company's HR budget. At Holcim, they focused on strengthening the HR function and elevating it to a strategic business partner.

In 2016, Alyse worked at The Reel Health Network as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, providing legal advice and counsel to the organization.
