Larry Thi

Program Manager, Alumni Engagement at Jack Kent Cooke

As the Program Manager for Alumni Engagement, Mr. Thi is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives and programs to engage and maintain relations with alumni of the Foundation scholarship programs.

Before working for the Foundation, Mr. Thi served as the College and Career Readiness Coordinator at Furness High School in Philadelphia. In this role, he designed and implemented college & career readiness programming to a culturally diverse student body of 700 students from grades ninth through twelfth. Prior, Mr. Thi served in various leadership capacities for 12PLUS, an education nonprofit cultivating college-going cultures within Philadelphia public schools.

Mr. Thi holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts – Social and Behavioral Science from the Community College of Philadelphia and a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Master’s of Science in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Thi is also a Cooke Scholar and recipient of the Undergraduate Transfer and Graduate Scholarships.
