Brent Koenig

Brent Koenig is the Business Owner of Koenig Recruiting Solutions since May 2023. Currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Jack Laurie Group, responsible for driving strategic talent initiatives and managing a team to achieve recruitment goals. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in flooring professionals and National Skilled Trades Recruiter at Commercial Trade Source, where significant manpower increases were achieved. Brent has also held various human resources positions within the US Army, overseeing recruitment and training projects. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University.
