Jordan Richter

Jordan Richter has two years of professional experience. In 2017, they began working at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Quality Assurance Team Lead. In 2019, they joined Jackpocket as an Ops Tech and Facilities Coordinator, and was quickly promoted to Operations Technical Manager. In this role, they oversee all hardware IT requests at the Texas facility, covers remote requests from all other processing locations across the US, and has been in charge of all new processing center setup since 2020.
