Jasmina Ilic

Jasmina Ilic has been working in the technology industry since 2014. Jasmina began their career at PURPLE FAIRY LTD as a Promo Leader, where they were responsible for presenting and selling SBB services to existing and new customers. Over the course of three years, they achieved over 2000 realized sales of television, internet and telephony services. In 2017, they joined SBB Serbia BroadBand as a Sales Consultant, Training Specialist, Sales Supervisor, and Sales Representative. In this role, they were responsible for the realization and monitoring of sales results, organization of working funds, solving problems with created sales orders, creating sales codes, providing accurate information about services, and resolving requests and complaints of customers and employees. In the same year, they joined NetTV Plus as a Customer Support Representative, where they were responsible for providing information on prices and services, renewing subscriptions, and activating services for new and existing users. Currently, Jasmina is working as a QA Analyst and Automated QA Engineer at Jackpot.

Jasmina Ilic attended ITAcademy by LINKgroup for Java Development and University of Belgrade for City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Jasmina also obtained a certification in Software Testing & QA from Code by Comtrade.
