Leigh Ann started their career at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration in 2011 as a Human Resources Specialist, where they played multiple roles in the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, and workers compensation. In 2014, they joined Jackson + Coker as a Corporate Recruiter and steadily progressed to roles such as Senior Corporate Recruiter, Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition, and currently serves as the Division Vice President, Talent Acquisition. Leigh Ann is recognized for their expertise in healthcare staffing and has contributed to the success and recognition of Jackson + Coker as a top company in the industry.
