Destanie Rose

Destanie Rose is a highly experienced scientist with a strong background in immunology and plant pathology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at The Jackson Laboratory since July 2021, Destanie has previously held key roles including Postdoctoral Scholar and Graduate Student Researcher at UC Davis, where significant contributions were made in the field of biology education as a Teaching Assistant. Prior professional experience includes positions as an Assistant Research Scientist at Marrone Bio Innovations, focusing on plant pathology, and as a Chemist at Alta Analytical Laboratory, adhering to EPA and FDA guidelines. Destanie holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Biological Sciences from California State University, Chico.
