Pali Kaur

Pali Kaur, Ph.D., MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in preclinical services, scientific engagement, and pharmacology. Currently serving as the Director of Preclinical Services at The Jackson Laboratory since 2008, Pali Kaur has held multiple key positions, including Senior Scientific Engagement Manager and Senior Scientific Advisor. In these roles, Pali Kaur has developed strategic scientific plans, enhanced in vivo platforms for immunology and oncology, and managed research teams to support drug discovery and development. Pali Kaur also previously worked as a Research Scientist at the Institute for Pediatric Regenerative Medicine and served as an Assistant Professor at Temple University School of Medicine. Academically, Pali Kaur holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Punjab Agricultural University.
