Stephanie Dion has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical research and manufacturing. Stephanie started their career at Lonza in 2002 and worked as a Manufacturing Technician until 2005. Stephanie then transitioned to the role of Process Technologist and worked in that position until 2008.

In 2008, Stephanie moved to The Jackson Laboratory, where they held various roles over the years. Stephanie started as an ES Cell Technologist II and worked in this role until 2011. Stephanie then served as the Supervisor of Genetic Engineering Technologies from 2011 to 2014.

Stephanie was then promoted to the position of Manager in the Cell Biology and Genetic Engineering Technologies department from 2014 to 2015. Stephanie then transitioned to the role of Product Manager for a year and was subsequently promoted to Senior Product Manager from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Stephanie moved to the position of Senior Business Unit Manager and held this role until 2019. Stephanie then became the Director of JMCRS Production and Services Business Units from 2019 to 2020. Following that, they worked as the Director of JMCRS Business Units until July 2021, after which they assumed their current position as the Senior Director of JMCRS Business Units.

Stephanie Dion obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
