Dave McCloughan

Dave McCloughan is in his second season as a national scout for the Jaguars. McCloughan has had stops with the Oakland Raiders where he was a college scout (1996-04 & 2011-19) and the San Francisco 49ers where he served as the director of college scouting (2005-10)
