Abel Martinez

Abel Martinez has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Abel started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a TPM Internal Consultant from 2001 to 2003, and later as a Human Resources Manager from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Sara Lee Household & Body Care Research as a Plant Director and remained in that role until 2012. From 2012 onwards, they worked at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, initially as a Plant Director until 2017, when they transitioned to become the Director of Continuous Improvement until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Global Continuous Improvement and Engineering Director before assuming their current position as the Operations Director Europe. Abel Martinez has developed a diverse skill set throughout their career, with particular expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, and plant leadership.

Abel Martinez attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1989 to 1995, where they studied Industrial Engineering. From 2000 to 2005, they pursued Business Studies at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
