Hew Soon Kiong

Hew Soon Kiong has had extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with their most recent role being Head of HR Operations APAC at Jacobs Douwe Egberts since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of HR & Administration (Malaysia & Singapore) at Universal Robina Corporation from January 2018 to August 2021. Hew also served as Head of HR at The Hershey Company from May 2014 to December 2017. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Kimberly-Clark from October 2008 to April 2014, and as a Senior Manager, Human Resources at Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Titan Petchem (M) Sdn. Bhd.) from March 2000 to October 2008.

Hew Soon Kiong holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from the National University of Malaysia.
