Loris Vivien has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Research Trainee in Food and Flavor Science at the University of Minnesota. In 2013, they joined Danone and held positions such as R&D Raw Materials Technologist, Event Coordinator for the YUP Danone BeNeLux Employee Resource Group, and Operations Project Manager for the Advanced Medical Nutrition division. During their time at Danone, they also co-founded and chaired the Danone Pride BeNeLux Employee Resource Group. In 2019, Loris joined JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS as a Global Operations Specialist for Barista Stations and later became the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead.

Loris Vivien completed a Food Engineering degree (Master's Degree) in Formulation and Food Quality from AgroSup Dijon from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, Loris prepared for national competitive entrance exams to leading French "grandes écoles" specializing in biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, and mathematics at Lycée Masséna from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Loris has obtained multiple certifications in various diversity and inclusion programs from different institutions, including Charlotte Sweeney Associates Ltd, Cornell University, University of Colorado, LinkedIn, and ESSEC Business School, between 2020 and 2022.
