Kaitlyn Wurzbach

Kaitlyn (Taylor) Wurzbach is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and talent management. Currently serving as the Global Future Talent Manager for the US and Canada at Jacobs, Kaitlyn has previously held positions as a Project Engineer and Engineering Intern in land development. Prior roles include Civil Engineer for Land Development at Brown & Gay Engineers and Civil Engineering Intern at Gessner Engineering. Additionally, Kaitlyn has experience in sales as a Sales Associate with the 12th Man Foundation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
