Neil Tender

Neil Tender is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in high-performance computing systems and heterogeneous architectures. Currently serving as the Director of Emerging Technologies at Jacobs since November 2021, Neil drives research and development within the Divergent Solutions group, focusing on data, sensor, and signal processing. Prior to this role, Neil was a Senior Research Engineer at BlackLynx, where contributions included innovations in machine learning and the development of FPGA/x86 powered data analysis products. Neil's career includes a significant tenure at Hughes Network Systems as Senior Technical Director, overseeing hardware development for the Mobile Satellite division and managing large-scale projects for major clients. Neil holds both MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
