Stéphane Belmont has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Stéphane started their career at Ambassade de France au Venezuela, where they served as a Project Manager responsible for coordinating development projects of Scientific and Technological Parks in Venezuela. Stéphane then moved on to A. Lange & Söhne as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Following that, they joined IWC Schaffhausen and held roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Commercial Supply Chain Senior Manager. After that, they joined Richemont where they gained experience in various roles including being a Watch enthusiast, Design, Customer care & experience, Story teller, and Mentor. Stéphane later joined Jaeger-LeCoultre and held several positions including Director of Brand Heritage, Director of Marketing & Creation, Director of Marketing & Communication, Director of Product & Development, and Director of Marketing & Distribution. Overall, Stéphane Belmont has a wealth of experience in various industries and functions.

Stéphane Belmont began their education in 1984 and graduated in 1990 from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) with an Engineer's Degree in Microtechnique. In 1999, they attended The University of Edinburgh and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Returning to education in 2012, they attended IMD for a brief period to study Business/Commerce, General.
