Sunny Lau has a wealth of experience in the luxury retail industry, starting with their role as a Boutique Supervisor at Rolex from February 2013 to March 2014. In this position, they were responsible for managing a sales staff, coordinating shipping, and assisting customers.
Following their time at Rolex, Sunny joined Jaeger-LeCoultre in March 2014 as a Boutique Manager, where they looked after both the HK International Airport and Pacific Place stores. They worked closely with supervisors and the team to review and achieve sales targets while also personally partnering with the team to close deals.
In September 2016, Sunny was promoted to Senior Boutique Manager at Jaeger-LeCoultre, and from April 2018 to October 2018, they took on the role of Boutique Director. In both of these positions, they continued to demonstrate their strong leadership and sales skills.
Since October 2018, Sunny has held the position of Head of Premium Client Development at Jaeger-LeCoultre, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-value clients. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Head of HWM & Premium Client Development HK Macau Taiwan in April 2022, indicating their continued growth and success within the company.
