Sunny Lau has a wealth of experience in the luxury retail industry, starting with their role as a Boutique Supervisor at Rolex from February 2013 to March 2014. In this position, they were responsible for managing a sales staff, coordinating shipping, and assisting customers.

Following their time at Rolex, Sunny joined Jaeger-LeCoultre in March 2014 as a Boutique Manager, where they looked after both the HK International Airport and Pacific Place stores.
