Salman Ahmed Khan

Salman Ahmed Khan is currently the Group CTO at Jaffer Group of Companies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Service at the National Information Technology Board (NITB) from February 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the IT landscape and technology solutions for the Federal Government of Pakistan.

During their time at NITB, Salman Khan led a team of 40+ IT professionals in executing highly scalable projects in infrastructure and cloud services, network connectivity, digital transformation, data analytics, and ERP solutions. Salman also played a key role in developing operating plans by introducing new IT landscape and technology solutions for the government.

Prior to joining NITB, Salman Khan worked as a global technology executive for a fortune 10 EPC American company based in Dubai where they oversaw the MEA region. In their current role at Jaffer Group of Companies, Salman Khan leads a team of 15+ people in PreSale/Advisor/Consultant/NOC/SOC/Service Center/Network/Cloud & Infrastructure Operation/Architect & Engineers. Salman is also responsible for leading the SDLC In-house Team of 25+ people which include Scrum Master, Frontend & Backend Developer(.Net/PHP/Laravel), Android & IOS Developer, Quality Assurance (JIRA/Trillo) & Graphic Designers.
