Gaylord Plessi

Gaylord Plessi is an experienced project manager specializing in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Currently employed at JAG Jakob AG Prozesstechnik since July 2022, Gaylord focuses on process integration and the supply of turnkey process units. Prior to this role, Gaylord served as a freelance project manager at Solution industrielle process from February 2017 to March 2022, overseeing projects in dairy and food from conception to ramp-up.
