The executive team at Jagex has a wealth of experience in the gaming industry. The CEO, Mark Gerhard, has previously worked as the CEO at SKYPIGs and as the Senior Vice President Publishing and Business Services at NCSOFT. The Senior Vice President and GM Europe, Andrew Gower, has also worked as the Senior Vice President Global Business Development at Trion Worlds, Inc. Other members of the team include the Lead Designer, Paul Gower, who has worked at Climax and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, and the Webmaster, James Sweatman, who has worked at Gameloft.
