James Hunt-Davies

James Hunt-Davies is the Vice President of Human Resources at Jaguar Land Rover North America, where James leads a team of HR professionals in influencing and driving the people strategy across regional sites in the USA and Canada. Prior to their current role, James served as the Head of HR for Global Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Trading Division & Property at Jaguar Land Rover. James also has experience as a Senior HR Business Partner at Rolls-Royce and as an HR Manager at Saint-Gobain. James holds a MA in Human Resources Management from Coventry University, a BSc in Economics & Business Management from Swansea University, and completed 5 A-Levels and GCSE's in various subjects.
