Hajara Shuaibu has a work experience that spans from 2006 to the present. Hajara started their career at Ecobank Nigeria PLC in 2006 as a member of the Risk Management Group and worked there until September 2010. In December 2011, they joined Jaiz Bank PLC as a Business Service Manager and later became the Head of Customer Service Department in June 2018, where they are currently working.

Hajara Shuaibu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Maiduguri from 1998 to 2003. Hajara then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Oil and Gas Management from Robert Gordon University from 2010 to 2011.
