About the Role

Working style: Hybrid - Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Travel Requirements: Travel into the office 3 days a week 

We are looking for an Aggregator Manager to help us drive new business sales and achieve our ambitious growth plans across our co-branded and own-branded products within the competitive aggregator market.  

Joining us in a key role in our growing Commercial team, you’ll use your knowledge and experience in the aggregator market to help us drive and optimise new applications and accounts. This role will be reporting into our Head of Growth in the Commercial function.  

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Lead on Jaja’s new business capability within the aggregator channel, managing the channel on a day to day business  teams, working with stakeholders to gain buy in for your activity and deliver change.

  • Owning the acquisition plan for the Jaja’s aggregator distribution channel, reporting on performance at weekly sales forums

  • Complete comprehensive pricing analysis and create recommendations based on performance.

  • Develop and iterate propositional positioning, distribution strategy and testing framework to deliver against ambitious growth targets.

  • Monitor and assess performance data seeking new opportunities for the credit card to grow within the aggregator channel, from new acquisition marketing opportunities and data opportunities to enable us to make smarter decisions.

  • Responsible for the day to day management of Jaja’s aggregator partnerships, including, sales reporting, budgeting invoicing, governance requirements and change management

Essential skills and Experience 

  • Experience within aggregators and affiliates market within consumer finance, driving new customer acquisition
  • A real team player, working across the business and with external partners and agencies to deliver against ambitious growth targets
  • Previous experience managing large acquisition budgets
  • Adept in stakeholder management, able to convey messages across departments at all levels, both internally and to our partners
  • Keen to learn and develop your own skills through taking accountability for delivery against our plan
  • Comfortable with a level of ambiguity and able to pivot to meet changing business priorities
  • Able to work at pace on multiple projects, prioritising where appropriate
  • Commercially-minded, able to make the case for additional investment or prioritisation for projects where additional opportunities are identified
  • Passionate about Jaja’s mission to become the UK’s digital lender of choice and excited to work with the team to build out the company’s narrative both internally and externally
  • Well versed in creating business cases, drawing on a wide source of data points and confident in defining assumptions

Desirable skills and experience 

  • Experience working directly with aggregators in the credit card vertical

  • A good understanding of credit decisioning and key drivers for sales conversion performance

  • Use of Tableau, Google Analytics or something similar for reporting purposes
