About The Role
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the capabilities and quality of ‘Airi’, our genAI-powered customer-facing chatbot. This hybrid role combines development, iterative experimentation, and live product monitoring and enhancement. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to define and execute our continual optimization process. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI technology and delivering exceptional user experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Development and Enhancement:
Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for Airi to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Continuously enhance Airi's conversational abilities by integrating cutting-edge prompting techniques and knowledge base optimisation.
Keep on top of the latest development with GenAI and LLMs to ensure we remain at the forefront as well as continue to keep the product safe and effective for our customers.
Iterative Experimentation:
Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to optimize Airi's performance and effectiveness.
Explore novel approaches to improve conversation flow, response accuracy, and user understanding.
Live Product Monitoring:
Monitor Airi's performance in real-time, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless user interactions.
Implement robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively address any deviations from expected performance metrics.
Product Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features and enhancements to maintain Airi's high quality and reliability standards.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to gather requirements and prioritize feature development.
Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Continual Optimization Process:
Define and establish a systematic process for continual optimization of Airi's performance and capabilities.
Lead the execution of optimization initiatives, driving measurable improvements in key performance metrics.
