About the Role
This role is a 10 week internship (based on business need) based in our London office, with the requirements of the successful candidate to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week. The role is a full-time role, 5 days per week Mon - Fri.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technical minded analyst intern to join our analytics department. This paid internship opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience in analysing customer data, contributing to strategic discussions, cost reduction initiatives and process improvements. You will take end to end ownership of a specific project that focusses on supporting the enhancement of the Existing Customer Management processes.
Internship Project:
During your internship, you will work on an end-to-end project that aims at enhancing the ECM’s reporting and forecasting capabilities.
As part of our payment performance monitoring process, the Analytics team is providing, on a monthly basis, a view of the latest actual payment performance and a short-term forecast of expected delinquencies and credit losses. Your project will consist in:

About You
Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Business
Interested in data analysis, data visualization, and experience with manipulating and analysing data. Previous use of one or more of the following software would be great (Excel, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
Self-motivated and eager to learn and apply new skills.
Understanding of programming languages is a plus (SQL, R, Python, MATLAB, Java, C# etc.)
