Gary Phillips

Gary Phillips is an accomplished logistics and business management professional with extensive experience in the shipping and freight forwarding industry. Currently serving as Managing Director of JP Logistics Solutions and Miami Freight & Shipping, Gary oversees operations across multiple sites in the UK and Miami, focusing on developing strong client relationships and managing import/export activities with the Caribbean. With a strong background in operational management and business development, previous roles include positions at TWT Logistics, PNC Global Logistics, and Rhys Davies Logistics, where Gary played critical roles in expanding business operations and enhancing service offerings. Gary holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and a degree in Business Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff, complemented by leadership experience as Chairman of Llanishen Rugby Football Club since 2018.
