Rowena Gear

Rowena Gear has more than 30 years of experience in business management and accounting. In her part-time role at JBA, she is responsible for managing payroll, human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall business operations.

Before joining JBA in 1985, Gear worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Educational Testing Service, and Advance Technology. She attended the University of Maryland University College for 2 years, majoring in accounting and business administration.
