Bill Morgan

Bill Morgan has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at James Construction Group since March 2005. Prior to this role, Bill Morgan worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at Young Contractors Inc from May 1995 to March 2005, and previously as a Construction Administrator at Turner Collie & Braden from 1979 to 1983. Bill Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1973 and 1977.
