Jeffrey Jose

Jeffrey Jose is a Senior Estimating & Preconstruction Engineer at James G. Davis Construction since March 2023 and has served as President of the Frederick Men’s Rugby Football Club since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Estimator at Morgan-Keller Construction from March 2018 to March 2023, Cost Estimator at DMS Construction Consulting Services from January 2016 to March 2018, and Geotechnician at Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates, Inc. from April 2014 to January 2016. Jeffrey also worked as a Supervisor at UPS from June 2007 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Montgomery College, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Maryland College Park, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Frederick Community College.
