Rosetta Forbes (FCIPD) is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various industries. Currently serving as Group Head of HR at James Jones & Sons Ltd, leading the HR function for multiple businesses within the Group. Previously, Rosetta held leadership roles at Forestry and Land Scotland and Forestry Commission, overseeing HR, Pay & Reward, Equality & Diversity, Learning & Development, and health and safety initiatives. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh and a degree in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Glasgow, Rosetta Forbes brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of HR.
