Rehana Rajan has work experience as an Electrical Estimation Engineer at James L Williams Middle East since 2016. In this role, they are responsible for preparing and submitting bid documents, drafting responses to solicitations, and ensuring adherence to estimates through regular work and site visits. Prior to this, they worked as an intern at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in 2014 and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in 2013.

Rehana Rajan holds a Master's Degree in Communication Engineering from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering-Autonomous, which they completed in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, attending from 2009 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed the Certified International Procurement Professional Manager (CIPM) program from IPSCMI in September 2022. Rehana also holds the CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) certification, acquired from Blue Ocean Management Training. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Compliance Management from Alison - Empower Yourself and Knowledge and Human Development Authority from Knowledge & Human Development Authority, both in 2022. Additionally, Rehana is currently pursuing a degree in Tender Management at the College of Contract Management United Kingdom. Rehana has also gained a certification in CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) from Zabeel International Institute of Management & Technology, specializing in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management.
