Dante Urso

Dante Urso is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in backend development, web engineering, and mentorship. Currently employed at Nayya since July 2024, Dante previously contributed to Angi as a Senior Software Engineer, where work involved developing APIs and managing the Rating and Reviews ecosystem. Dante served as a Senior Backend Developer at Capital Rx, focusing on Python and SQL to enhance dashboard functionalities, and has experience engineering with technologies such as Kotlin and noSQL at Wonder. Previous roles include responsibilities at Capsule in developing pharmacy workflow systems, Bank of America in supporting trading applications, and Viacom in creating proof of concept applications for Nickelodeon. Dante also volunteered as a Webmaster and Student Mentor for the James T Reedy Sr. Scholarship Fund. A graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Dante holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
