Cristine Sivec

Cristine Sivec serves as the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Jamestown since October 2024, following the acquisition of North American Properties' Atlanta subsidiary. Previously, Cristine held the position of Senior Vice President, Legal at North American Properties from June 2022 to October 2024. Prior to this, Cristine was Senior Legal Counsel at Hartman Simons & Wood LLP from February 2013 to June 2022 and worked as an Associate at The Beechwood Organization - Beechwood Homes NY from February 2008 to November 2012. Cristine Sivec earned a Juris Doctorate in Law from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
