Michael Wasilewski

Michael Wasilewski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael has worked in various roles, including Director of Human Resources, Professor of Business, Corporate Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources & Labour Relations Manager, Production Supervisor, Part-Time Production/Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in overseeing HR functions, developing effective learning environments, managing compensation programs, handling employee relations, and implementing policies and procedures. Michael has also been involved in recruitment, training, and performance management.

Michael Wasilewski attended the University of Windsor from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Commerce with a focus on Business and Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended St. Clair College from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with concentrations in Business Marketing Administration, Global Entrepreneurship, and Human Resources. Before their time at St. Clair College, Michael also completed studies in Electrical Engineering Technology at the same institution from 2000 to 2001.
