Joanne Saint Louis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Joanne began their career as a Law Clerk at The Advocator Group in December 2009 and worked there until May 2011. Joanne then joined Citizens Disability as a Case Department Manager and Customer Service Manager from April 2011 to December 2011. After that, they moved on to the American Arbitration Association, where they held various roles, including Labor & Employment Case Manager from September 2012 to June 2014, Senior Case Manager from June 2014 to August 2015, and finally, Director of ADR Services from August 2015 to August 2019. Joanne currently works at JAMS as the Diversity Program Manager, a position they started in August 2019. In April 2022, they were promoted to Director of Diversity Outreach.
Joanne Saint Louis has a Juris Doctorate degree from the Massachusetts School of Law, where they studied Law. Joanne also has a degree in Political Science from Suffolk University, specializing in Political Science and Government. In addition, Joanne has a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and completed Diversity and Inclusion Training at Harvard Business School. Joanne holds additional certifications in Diversity & Inclusion from both Cornell University and Harvard Business School, as well as in Effective Executive Speaking from the American Management Association.
