Peter Rosen

Peter Rosen is a highly experienced mediator and arbitrator at JAMS since January 2019, specializing in various insurance policies and dispute resolution with published works on D&O liability and business interruption claims. Additionally, Peter serves as a lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, teaching International Commercial Arbitration and Advocacy, and holds fellowships with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the American College of Coverage Counsel. Peter's extensive background includes roles as a certified arbitrator with ARIAS•U.S., a coach for the UCLA Law Vis Moot Team, and an adjunct professor of insurance law at USC Gould School of Law, alongside notable positions at prominent law firms such as Latham & Watkins and Mayer Brown. Peter holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law, an MPA from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Political Science and Government from UCLA.
