MERCEDES WATSON

Mercedes Watson has worked in the beauty and cosmetics industry since 2002. MERCEDES began their career as an Owner/Partner at Faccia Bella Promotional Models, Inc. in 2002, where they acted as a talent and modeling scout for special events and promotions. In 2004, they joined Beaute Prestige International, Inc. as a Senior International Corporate Trainer, where they recruited and trained sales force for North American Travel Retail, Canada and the Canadian Borders, Central America, Caribbean, Mexico and the Mexican borders. In 2006, Mercedes became a Regional Education Executive for Biotherm Cosmetics, USA / L'Oreal Group, where they trained sales force for Domestic retail market in the Southeastern States. MERCEDES then moved to Sisley Cosmetics, USA in 2007 as a Training Consultant, contracted to train sales force from Domestic high-end retail market, South Florida. In 2008, Mercedes became an International Education Executive to the Americas for Sisley Cosmetics, International. In 2011, they joined Active Cosmetics as an Area Sales Manager/Regional Trainer, where they strategized and analyzed business to help the team meet or exceed retail sales goals. In 2016, Mercedes joined Jan Marini Skin Research as an Account Executive and Account Manager. Most recently, they have been an Independent Sales Contractor at Collagen P.I.N. & Induction Therapies since 2017, where they develop new emerging territory, books and executes live microneedling demonstrations and other treatments, and trains and certifies Plastic surgeons, Dermatologists and staff members.

Mercedes Watson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Long Beach.
