Shourya Yadav

Shourya Yadav is a professional with diverse experience in the fintech and trading sectors. Currently serving as a Trading Desk Ops Engineer at Jane Street since May 2024, Shourya previously worked as a Software Engineer at UBS, specializing in Structured Products & Services from September 2022 to April 2024. Earlier roles include Co-Founder and Chief of Business Operations at Flux Payments and various internships in product management and strategic partnerships across multiple firms such as Coherent, Citi, and Privé Technologies. Shourya is an alumnus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Financial Technology and has engaged in executive education at IESE Business School focused on entrepreneurship in fintech. Additionally, Shourya was involved in entrepreneurship and fintech initiatives at MIT and received the CCMF seed funding grant during the Cyberport University Partnership Programme.
