Elsie Tanadjaja

Elsie Tanadjaja has had a diverse range of experiences throughout their career. Elsie is currently working as a Partner Success Manager at Jane Technologies, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at FishWise from 2010 to 2020, where they held various roles including Data Division Director and Project Manager. Elsie played a key role in developing standards for customer success, pre-sales, and data analytics, as well as building a database and data analytics system from scratch.

In 2011, Elsie worked as a Cultural Specialist at John Weller Photography, where they documented stories from leaders in remote villages, helping to catalyze better protection for marine areas in Indonesia. Elsie also gained research experience as a Master's in Marine Science Candidate at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories from 2004 to 2010, where they conducted research on ocean acidification and developed computer programs to analyze data. Additionally, they contributed to the Teacher Enhancement Program at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories, developing curricula and promoting the addition of marine science in school classes.

Furthermore, Elsie worked as a Client Representative and Lead Data Technician at AOA Geophysics in 2007, managing data acquisition and quality control for a seafloor-mapping cruise in Indonesia. Elsie also played a role in optimizing communications and fostering teamwork among crew members from different backgrounds. Overall, Elsie's work experience showcases their expertise in data analytics, project management, research, and promoting marine science education.

Elsie Tanadjaja obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from UC Santa Barbara between 1997 and 2002. Elsie'smajor was Zoology, with a minor in Asian American Studies. Later, from 2004 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marine Sciences at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories.
