Sandy Smith

Sandy Smith currently serves as the Head of Stores and Operations at Janie and Jack, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sandy held various leadership positions at Bed Bath & Beyond as Regional Director for the West, and at Banana Republic as Vice President, overseeing 250 factory stores across the US, Canada, and Japan. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Stores and Operations at Old Navy, where Sandy co-led a 204-store territory, and Senior Regional Director at Gap, managing a 150-store region. Sandy's extensive career began at Macy's, where advancement from Sales Associate to VP Store Manager provided a strong foundation in retail management. Sandy holds education credentials from Stanford University and the College of Marin.
