Cassi Norgaisse

Cassi Norgaisse has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cassi began their career as a Music Director for the Jackson Jills, Tufts premiere award-winning all-female a cappella group. Cassi also served as Assistant to the Publicist, Events Manager, and Box Office Director at Tufts University.

Moving on, Cassi worked at Hill Holliday as a Cultural Affairs coordinator, followed by positions as the Creative Services Coordinator and Administrative Assistant in Integrated Production and Technology. In these roles, they managed award show submissions, served as a project manager for pro bono creative projects, and collaborated with department heads to create new production management workflows.

Cassi then joined Cornell University as a Program Coordinator for the Cornell University Engineering Success Program (CUES), where they focused on creating consistent branding for departmental events and managing event communications.

At the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, Cassi became the Program Coordinator for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. In this position, they managed the departmental budget and provided logistical support for diversity-related programs.

Continuing their career at Cornell, Cassi worked at Communiqué Design and Marketing as a Brand Communications & Account Manager, Account & Project Manager, and Freelance Copywriter. Cassi then joined January Ventures as a Community Manager.

Most recently, Cassi joined Cornell Law School as the Administrative Manager for the Law Library. In this role, they manage student communications and has significantly boosted the Law Library's profile and engagement among the student body through crafting a unique brand tone and increasing the reach of the Law Library Instagram.

Cassi Norgaisse attended Tufts University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their fields of study included French and Child Development.
