Marianne Caceres

Marianne Caceres has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Marianne began their career as a Teachers Assistant at Lawrence CommunityWorks, Inc. in 2014. From there, they worked as an Office Assistant at Northern Essex Community College, where they performed administrative tasks such as maintaining the office database and tracking inventory.

In 2012, Marianne joined Groundwork Lawrence as part of the Green Team. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining community gardens and parks, managing the Green Team Farmer's Market booth, and leading various environmental and healthy community initiatives. Marianne also attended workshops and played an active role in promoting local improvement projects.

Marianne's experience continued to grow when they joined Lawrence Families & Youth Initiative as a Front Office Operations Assistant in 2017. Marianne then transitioned to Bentley University in 2015, where they held multiple positions, including Annual Giving- Phonathon Student Supervisor and S.T.E.P Mentor Coordinator. Their duties included managing the Phonathon, training new student callers, and facilitating workshops for students.

In 2019, Marianne joined ALKU as an EPIC Recruiter, and in 2020, they moved on to Curriculum Associates as a Talent Operations Associate. In both roles, they utilized their recruiting and talent management skills.

Most recently, Marianne has taken on the position of Recruiting Coordinator at a company starting in January 2022.

Throughout their career, Marianne has demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional growth.

Marianne Caceres attended Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a High School Diploma with a focus in Accounting. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Bentley University and pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, they briefly studied at the University of Cape Town, focusing on Business/Commerce, General.
